Small handful of genuinely kind people who managed to make the days slightly more bearable.

Cons

Leadership remains disconnected from reality, and despite years of negative feedback, improvement never materialized. The culture is defined as low accountability, favoritism, nepotism, and a lack of respect for employees' time and well-being. Communication is poor. Resources are scarce. And outdated processes make productivity difficult. Please don't mistake this place for a real career opportunity.
