Pros

I work at the Eurac Poole Ltd site in the UK and it still has the feeling of a family run business. Staff turnover is very low and the pay is competitive. Management are flexible regarding hours, working from home and outside of work commitments, such as children. Dogs are allowed in the office on occasion too! Half day Fridays.

Cons

Cross department teamwork can be difficult at times, due to difference of interest. Slow to recognise or attribute poor performance to individuals, sometimes at the expense of company performance.
