There’s a reason the average tenure is 8+ years at MATRIX vs 1-2 years in the staffing industry. There’s a reason people leave and come back. This company has the secret sauce even in the virtual world in which we work. The grass is greenest at MATRIX because they’ve always been about people and doing the right thing for employees, clients, consultants, and potential candidates alike. If you are professional, do your job, & respect others, the opportunities and income are endless here. Do not come to be a spectator though. This is a group full of high performing business people who strive toward and expect excellence in everything they do.
