      Pros

      Company really cares about it's employees and is one of the most ethical companies that I've worked for in staffing.

      Cons

      Health insurance benefits are absolutely terrible. Low commissions and not very much direction for new employees when it comes to management.

      We are happy to read your pros, but sorry to hear your cons - we offer competitive benefits compared to the industry average but we do review our packages annually.       Very professional and capable staff, courteous and efficient.

      Cons

      The onboarding process is disjointed and dyslexic; confusing at best, it's a mess of unrelated programs, clearly off-the-shelf stuff mixed with Oracle forms... Ugh...
