The account manager, onboarding, and account coordinator are all great. Very effective communications and great team work. Their team answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Leaders that lead and grow their people, and trust people know how to do their jobs. Very strong tenure across the board, people stay a long time, MATRIX is that good!

I had a terrible manager, who would treat recruitment coordinators in a humiliating way. She did not give preparation and guidance and the overlapping process was bad I really do not recommend. The recruitment coordinator does not go through the entire recruitment cycle and at the end of the position only includes phone interviews
