      Pros

      Provided the tools for me to be successful including software, technology, support staff, work environment, bonuses, sales contests, leads, incentives, presidents club and other awards, benefits, compensation plan

      Cons

      Long hours and pressure is high but worth it you are good at time management. Lots of very successful recruiters and salespeople, so you must be driven in order to meet quota because after first year compensation rolls to straight commission.

      Really nice people to work with! Great office space in Dunwoody. i really enjoyed my time there but there is limited growth.

      Cons

      No real growth potetial unless you have been there 10+ years. They do not really pay that well either.
