      They're straight forward and want you to succeed because then they do as well.

      Cons

      It's contract positions as opposed to salary, but that's fine with me.

      small, family like culture. no micromanagment, feels like everyone has a voice

      Cons

      Sometimes can be disorganized or not very process friendly due to small environment.
