      The people, culture, professionalism, integrity, ethical practices, and respect in the work place!

      Cons

      Still small, has growing pains. Tough for delivery to keep up with sales and demand at times due to size.

      Pros

      Efficient onboarding process and interesting projects to work on.

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes be an issue. If you reach out to them, they are good at responding, but they are not as proactive as I think they should be. Example... there have been a couple instances where I worked thru a holiday because I was never told it was a paid day off.
