Wonderful Place to Work

Pros

I have been working with Matrix for little over a year. I can honestly say this is the best place that I have ever worked for. The people are great, their attitudes are pleasant, and the atmosphere at Matrix is superb.

Cons

None that comes to mind. Coming from the government sector to private has been fantastic!

Good People, Good Intentions, Not So Good Communication

Pros

- Great people - Continuously looking for ways to improve - Leadership cares about company and employees - Flexible about work/life balance - Culture and environment trying to be more progressive and "cool" - Starting to embrace idea of a unified company to break down siloing (still a work in progress)

Cons

- Few advancement opportunities - Outdated pay structure - Improvement initiatives often scattered and under-communicated - Communication between departments is lacking
