      Pros

      great team culture, friendly and professional internal staff, many resources available, many team events/MATRIX sponsored events, helpful and involved corporate services, office culture is awesome

      Cons

      our office floor is in a wonderful building, access to cafe's and food court, but our floor and cubicle set up is somewhat outdated, not the most modern, but certainly not a big downfall to the overall pro's of MATRIX

      Excellent people in every office! Working at MATRIX you will quickly find everyone you meet has a positive attitude and is willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Fun office environment boosts morale and leadership listens to all employees and cares about personal growth and improvement as well as improving MATRIX as a whole.

      Cons

      IT staffing in Atlanta specifically is very competitive right now, which can be hard on a sales role, but we have many employees who have risen to that challenge!
