      Pros

      Committed to doing the "right thing" even when it might not immediately benefit the company. Training opportunities Work/Life balance is great Work hard, play hard Awesome co-workers Very "flat" organizational structure Servant-Leadership model - no one is above meeting or helping solve problems Good compensation model

      Cons

      There is still a recruitment and sales sense on professional services. While being a consultation and profit-centered organization is absolutely understood, billable hours seem to occasionally trump making long term strategic decisions.

      This is a great company with professional and caring staffs. I worked as an IT consultant for 4 month. account managers and HR are all nice. They gave a very proper salary too
