Pros

Many hard working and caring people.

Cons

I believe that it is important to have revenue and profitability goals. However, decisions are made solely on how to make more money and squeeze more margin from customers. The company values have been replaced by making money for the owners and commission driven sales force. Investments in infrastructure, training and new systems only happen if they support sales. Which I guess should be expected for a sales company.

Sometimes it was hard to concentrate at work because the recruiters are very loud.

Most of the people are amazing to work with. Very family-like.

Cons

A few bad seeds with bad attitudes tend to ruin the working environment for everyone. My boss publicly shamed someone until they quit. Benefits could be better.
