Most people and features will likely be consolidated. Being a a small start-up company with between 300-400 employees, they sought growth but the last year or so I was there, we didn't seem to get big contracts or a lot of contracts. There were three unannounced layoffs, one every 6 months, in which it seems about 10 employees or so were let go. Employees with the least amount of seniority/tenure seemed affected the most.
