One of the few 5G core software vendors focussing on convergent charging. Great opportunities ahead. The new CEO has brought in laser-sharp focus, operational discipline and inclusive culture. HR has introduced a concept of "family-first" Fridays to maintain the right work-life balance. We all are working hard and having fun at the same time.

Cons

Selling to mobile operators has a downside of long sales cycles.
