Great place to work. No politics. Great support.

Cons

Given we are a global company with HQ in the US and satellite offices around the world, it makes it very hard to get to know your colleagues. Otherwise, it's all good.

Cohesive leadership team that have worked together for years Very strong and clear technical strategy underpins the commercial vision Everyone is focused on the same big goal, no disruptive pet projects Excellent people throughout all functions Good mix of US, UK and international staff Great culture to get on with things and to fix things that are broken not avoid them

HQ office in Mountain View is very dated but a move is planned
