Pros

We are"putting a dent in the universe" , our company's vision for the future sets the course and path for the industry we serve. Lot of smart, passionate and positive people. Lot of room for career growth

Cons

We split up into separate businesses a year ago (none of us actually work for INCISENT any more) and the FirstLook side seems to have not launched as well as the MAX side. Most of the negative reviews here seem to be from people in the FirstLook IT team. Seems like that group could be much better managed.

1. The company offers very little training but expects a tremendous amount of great results 2. Very little chance of advancement 3. Job responsibilities not fully explained during interview - position not accurately portrayed 4. Unorganized 5. Tremendous work load 6. Stressfull work environment
