      There is no pros. Ex drivers from this company pulled up on me at least twice a week complaining

      These people will scam you. You can't even see rate con. I complained about the price of the load but still booked it. I complained to my dispatch and this guy actually gave me more money. Definitely scamming. The over charge you for the rental the way the deductions are set up is a COMPLETE scam. 6 different drivers pulled up on me and said the same thing.

      The equipment from ryder they gave me had over 569,000 miles on it Truck broke down in the mountains in PA Was given a truck from Ryder with no AC Paid 850 a week regardless Plus 15 cents a mile They don't give you back your escrow They run you illegal
