      There are no pros to contracting with this company they are the worst in everything broken trailers defective trucks with out AC poor dispatching

      Everything is a con here malicious dispatching bad equipment bad contract low pay

      Pros

      Company does care about their employees. They are friendly and respectful. Providing plenty of opportunities to advance. After my first 90 days with the company my pay was increased on the spot, followed with a bonus. They provide plenty of opportunities for pay increase based on performance.

      For my position they had no remote option
