High turnover, low pay, poor management

Pros

Friendly coworkers, office dog, easy to learn software, encourage vacation time

Cons

Low pay. No raises (after years of work). Poor management. No breaks ( not even 30minutes). No career advancement. Inconvenient parking. Upper management is always in a bad mood creating bad morale for the office. High turnover. No exit review after 6 years with company. No yearly review with mgmt. Senior employees bad mouthing colleagues whine back.

We did implement an annual performance review policy earlier this year and all employees will have a performance review during the calendar year based on their anniversary date. We’re sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your compensation. Our goal is always to grow and improve, we will share your feedback with our team.
