Pros

This is a wonderful company to work for and is so supportive of their employees. Great work environment! They are flexible and understanding of the work/life balance. The leadership team is amazing! They are constantly looking for opportunities to grow, which makes me want to strive to be better, too! Love the people I work with-my co-workers are friendly and always willing to help.

Cons

While MBH's expectations of their employees are significant, it is only because they are looking for the best of the best.

Pros

MBH takes care of it's employees in all facets. Top of the line and affordable benefits, including health, dental, 401k, flexible spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and more. On top of these benefits MBH also provides competitive salaries and the opportunity for semi-annual bonuses. Management has proven they care for their employees by re-investing in the company and always looking for ways to offer more.

Cons

In 14+ years with the company I cannot think of any cons worthwhile of mentioning.
