401K and Company Contiributing Program Dental Vision Medical - 3 Options - High - Med - and Low Fair treatment by peers and Supervisors alike.

Cons

Not much of a chance for advancement to a Lead or Supervisor position, let alone Management Pay scale is less than the industry standard. Overtime is almost guaranteed at the end of the month crunch.
