Pros

There is a core group of hardworking and competent employees that keep the company afloat. There are opportunities to "champion" your own initiatives. The company could be highly competitive.

Cons

Upper Management is reactionary. Some Lower/Middle Management is not qualified for any technical field Quality department understaffed. Needs technical quality engineers. Company cuts corners.

There are some very good, knowledgeable employees that are willing to help and will go the extra mile. It's fast paced, and never boring.

Cons

Hi pressure, high stress environment. No time to work on issues needing improvement/revamping. Understaffed in some areas, leaving many employees overworked. Most recent layoffs took several key employees, creating significant loss of tribal knowledge. Pay grades aren't consistent.
