Worked for a few years before moving to different pastures. Would recommend. Interesting work. Smart people. Challenging.

Cons

Your experience can vary massively based on the project you are placed on. You might live in hell for two years if you get stuck on a bad project or a bad project manager / solution architect. I would say that is rare, fixable, and temporary though. Big events like conference room pilot or go live can be entail long and difficult hours.
