Amazing payroll, My paychecks are always on time every week in the correct amount. The amount of overtime opportunities FDC provides is amazing and really helps me bring in a bit more income to help pay for student loans. Management treats all their employees as equals and friends, The first job I have ever had with managers never manifested a feeling of intimidation with their employees. This makes us employees feel equally essential to the company and comfortable while approaching management with questions or concerns.

No cons at all! The company is running smoothly and employees are treated well.
