Pros

The only positive for the plant in Provo is how efficient it is in production.

Cons

The cons for working here start with what color, culture, and faith you belong to. You will be rewarded well and with respect, if you are not colored. Management openly discriminates against people of color. Any conflict resolution that may and will arise is dealt by management's perspective and without considering employees' insight and input. If one employee's performance and qualification exceed the manager's, they are targeted and undermined to an extent that the employee quits and the manager gets job security until and beyond retirement. The management age group starts from 50 to 63 and lacks the flexibility to change, respect, and be inclusive. If you are going to be working in the front end this would become a nightmare of a job and will eventually start to affect your mood behavior and personal relationships.
