Unsafe environment. You can't speak up even when there's bullying. Retaliation against whistleblower. So called policy is for show only. Ok for management to threaten employees but not ok when employees stood up for themselves. Toxic culture. Lots of favouritism. Managers regularly bribe their bosses to win favour. Bosses are blind and encourage the bribes. Promotions are given due to worry employees resign, not based on merits. Sexism. Gives bare minimal benefits. Extremely long hours. Management enjoys dissing your new employer to change your mind not to leave the company. They think MYSSC is very good but it is a fake MNC, not genuine and hypocrite management. There are supportive, humane and real MNCs. Just leave this pariah company.

Majority of the supervisors and managers are good people and mean well. There’s a few that are utterly clueless and chasing people out the door. All they say is run faster, work longer, better quality, watch your waste, do your boards, sacrifice your weekends. These machines are old and lot of us still learning, but they don’t care. Every month we’re told we arent goood enough. One manager is completely off the rails and treats people whatever way she wants and nothing done, but don’t you dare stand up for yourself. She’s got something over his head. Then you have the other guy all he cares bout is the useless boards that we all despise . Not even really sure what he even supposed to be doing. These guys are so lost, have no idea what they’re doing and it shows
