Most of the times far from home too much driving

Bad communication (especially if you work night shift), hourly workers aren’t really respected by salary workers, you get more work added to your load without extra pay, minimal pay raises/growth, low morale, toxic environment, fast turnover, management has fast turnover as well and if you’ve been there for years you have to deal with new managers coming in basically thinking they’re better than you and know more than you and will change your job description before they’ve even met you Plus their idea of teamwork is you doing your job as well as possibly doing everyone else’s. The job duty itself isn’t hard but it’s the management, toxic work/coworker culture, and constant addition of expectations to your job description that makes it not worth it.
