Thanks for your review. We are especially proud of our 401(k) match and am glad that you have benefitted from that and our benefits waiting period (or lack thereof!). We take all feedback seriously and yours is useful as we continue to plan our benefits programs in the future.

Pros

I worked in the Neenah facility that was known as WS Packaging when I was hired. And while it was still WS, I really enjoyed working there. After Platinum Investment Group purchased Multi-Color and merged with WS, things changed and not for the better. The thing is, the people who work here are just amazing. As good at the job as anyone I've seen at other companies who do the same thing. They are mostly friendly and knowledgeable. I actually enjoyed hanging out and socializing with my coworkers here which is a lot more than I can say for other companies that have signed my check. I'm as awkward as they come but even I managed to make lots of friends. The pay is decent, meeting or slightly exceeding industry average for similar multicolor press work. And as far as overtime goes, there's usually pretty much all you can handle. Take all you want and don't worry about asking for seconds. Management does express appreciation for hard work and commitment to keeping things running daily. And by and large, management is a pretty nice group of people. I would say guys but there's some women included in there too and I've heard rumors since I've left that more shift managers have turned in their badges. Nobody dresses you down military style or anything like that but they definitely lay out what they expect of their operators. There's probably some other things I liked but can't remember.

Cons

Here's where it gets complicated. Understand that this is only my experience. On the overnight shift, there is insufficient support staff to keep the presses running as they should. Setup assistance was next to none and ultimately, the operator is responsible for everything that does not go as planned. When all sorts of unforseen issues arise that set you behind schedule, you basically get whipped and told to make it go. Ink tech goes on break and you end up waiting
