Salary was half decent, but worked a ton of OT bringing those salary numbers down.

Cons

Management is going in circles. They don't care about their employees because they are too busy trying to figure out how to cover their own butts. The company is owned by a ruthless investment group, (PEG), and just wants to get massive improvements quick so they can sell off the company and make a fortune. They are driving these improvements, many of them impractical, with a heavy hand. In other words, if want to work for this company, be ready for the cracking whip.
