Pros

Co-workers, for the most part were enjoyable to work with and generally wanted to do a good job. Generally busy, so the day can go by pretty fast.

Cons

There are some odd restrictions about what you can and cannot do, trifling things, but they sometimes don't make much sense. Insurance cost is notably high, its not bad insurance, but you pay a higher portion of the cost than at other places I have been.

It looks like you are no longer with the company but we are interested in understanding your comment about pay and raises. Compensation, especially when you are new in a role, should be a very clear and transparent discussion where increases are closely linked to performance and skills. In terms of other comments about the corporate office, much of the current situation is based upon most of the corporate office team currently working remotely. The conference room investments were certainly more regularly used when everyone was in the office and we look forward to using them more in the future as well!
