Pros

Lots of OT, of course its mandatory. Management is ever changing and there is no company direction at all. It changes each and every day. So, if you like uncertainty this is the place for you.

Cons

Horrible corporate management. Nobody cares at all. Quality sucks and again nobody cares at all. You constantly get yelled at it starts from corporate and works its way down. There is no direction and constant hiding of finances accounting. The company literally can't or won't pay their bills and credit holds of materials are a daily issue. Doesn't look good for FDC to not pay their bills. The VP who visits is horrible. He doesn't care about anyone and will hardly even give you a passing glance when you say hello. Is that really the culture you want to be a part of?

Pros

Great potential for career advancement due to high employee turnover. Salary is market rate, but hourly is non-competitive.

Cons

The new PE firm has owned the company for over a year. All they have managed to do is let the old management team go, bring in a HUGE senior management team, and spend a ton of money on consultants. What benefits have they received from this new senior leadership or consultants? The answer is nothing other than diminished profits. The senior leadership lacks strategy and does not know how to communicate (CEO won’t even respond to a good morning). The new leadership team sits in their offices and refuses to interact with the old employees, doesn’t take time to understand the business and thinks they know best. I love that a culture study was done but leadership is too busy to meet to discuss the results with the consultants. Such a waste. Don’t even think about a bonus. Management can’t even tell you what it is based on though we advertise we have one. It hasn’t been paid I’m years unless your sales. Don’t even think of having flexible work hours or working remote.
