Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are at the very heart of what our employees see, hear and feel about us. The fact that you have had such a great experience and have a positive outlook for the future will be contagious! Your advice to management is spot on - we are so pleased to have Mr. Epler as our York Plant Leader. York has many great things in store and we're eager to see Rob lead the plant for many years to come!

Pros

Multi-Color Corporation is a great place to work! We have a strong culture here and many different committees to participate in (Sustainability, Safety, 5S/Lean & Label Improvement). We also have a very active social club with fun activities ranging from a golf tournament to baseball games. MCC offers a full benefits package along with great growth opportunity and education. We have a printing apprentice program in house and a training and development team. I have been here a little over a year and love it!

Cons

Not a lot of food options in the area, but we have a great in-house self-service market with sandwiches, salads and other snacks.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive insights as well as your suggestions for improvement and advice to management. We are constantly looking for ways to improve ourselves so that we may remain an employer of choice. The Napa Plant has done some remarkable work that we look to emulate in other sites - such as the Continuous Improvement/Lean program, Skills-training, and Sustainability committee. Safety is absolutely a top priority for us at MCC and we will continue to work to raise the bar here as well - keeping employees educated, involved, and safe. We are so proud of the teamwork and outcomes from our Napa Plant! We hope you'll continue to grow and succeed with us. Thank you for your contributions thus far in your career and for your thoughtful review.

Thank you for this feedback and we will make sure to incorporate your suggestion in this year's benefits open enrollment. There is no substitute for being able to have a conversation with someone when you have a question.
