      Unfair work environment. If you’re not a favorite you will not last long.

We also appreciate your transparent feedback about the long hours in busy season and the need to continue to review downtime at press. MCC-Napa is certainly driving some exciting initiatives with Lean, Sustainability, and teamwork that we are able to practice-share at other sites globally.
