management that divides, management that removes responsibility and disempowers employees, lot's of little empire builders, management is too institutionalised , not enough new senior manager from outside, massive amounts of nepotism. Blame culture, toxic approach to salary. Very secretive, offers pay rises in $ per hour instead of overal annual percentage (eg 50 cent pay rise, verses saying a 0.6% rise). Rely heavily on overtime to get work done. No real method of feedback. Safety is seen as an inconvenience. when employing they promise the world but 6 months later you realise none of it will ever happen.

During the pandemic masks didn't need to be worn in the office (they claimed if you were vaccinated it was okay but there was still a mask mandate in place). If you're a POC or woman- no need to apply. The CEO is absolutely nuts, egotistical, and thinks he's running or qualified to run a Fortune 500 company. He's a tyrant. His staff is arrogant and couldn't hold a candle to someone in comparable role in a larger company. They are having trouble recruiting and maintaining talent. Unless you are desperate, I promise you there are better places to work. If you're a female, go anywhere else.
