Good Place to Start in the Industry

Highly competitive pay for entry-level work and easy to promote from with-in. Depending on shift, management is excellent. A lot of support from everyone, overall good work environment.

Cons

Started to cut OT and doesnt always have enough of the proper materials needed in order to keep presses fully functional and running properly

Family oriented atmosphere, room for growth, support from leadership, promote engagement, training for advancement, great benefits, fun place to work!

Cons

I don’t have many cons to share. One frustrating aspect is the lack of alignment across the division. I also feel like more resources could be used in the IT department.

Pros

Unusually good 401K match as of mid-2017.

Cons

Chaos reigns. Financial discipline had been a core value in the past, but that concept has been totally shattered over the last 4 years. With numerous acquisitions workloads are extremely heavy, there is no intention of increasing staff, and people are drowning at their desks. Plenty of higher level director posts, but no growth in the ranks of people actually performing the work. The company has no direction, and is floundering. Compensation is mediocre and bonuses a thing of the past.
