- Competitive Pay - Competitive health benefits - CEO and executive team embodies the core values, changing the culture - Global, but feels small enough that you are a name, not just a number - Growing organization - you get to be part of the growth and change - Growing technology use - for customers and associates, technology advances help us stay ahead of the competition - Literally the biggest and best label producer in the world, making labels for huge well known customers.

Cons

- Vacation/PTO not competitive - 401K is average (50% match up to first 6% only) - No paternity leave; maternity leave only if qualified with disability (none company paid, none for adoption) - No Corporate giving or volunteer program - Green efforts often seem second priority - Because the company is growing, there can be ambiguity. However, this is also the beauty. If you want to work hard and be part of the growth you will find this to be more of a benefit - Sometimes feels like it is hard to push change forward / takes a long time

Decent pay that's about it nothing else

Cons

Mandatory ot, crappy hr and management, under staffed, no life with family. They need to look at the turn over rate and ask themselves if they want to be in the situation they put people in. Horrible hr and supervisor can tell you to pretty much f off and nothing is done it's ok to be harassed too

We're sorry to hear that you were impacted by this. Harassment is something that we stand against. We have training, policies, and leadership in place to help prevent such conduct. Although this is not the positive feedback we hope to hear from our current and former employees, it is certainly feedback that will help us improve. What a mess.....

Pros

I can feed my family, although I dont see them much, I can feed them. I am in no danger of getting layed off any time soon.

Cons

Their mandatory overtime is out of control, they run on a skeleton crew with a ridiculous turnover rate, then expect you to pick up the slack. 5-8 twelve hour shifts in a row to cover vacations is not uncommon. They have a complete inability to address and correct problems. Most of the middle management team has no print experience which is ridiculous. HR is never here and when they are they do nothing, everything is outsourced. MCC couldn't care any less about you or your personal life, your just an expendable asset to them.

While we're happy to be a growing and busy organization, we hope to align our resources and processes to support us so the situation you described does not happen. Since you gave us this feedback in May, we have increased staff in the HR department, improved training of our leads and supervisors, and improved hiring efforts. We hope that you have seen an improvement in work-life balance.
