      In the beginning company seemed to be going places; more recently the company has struggled.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Safety of employees is a high priority.

      Cons

      Very little organic growth. Recent growth has been mainly through acquisitions. Company also does not reinvest in latest technology. Sales department seems to get all the accolades but rarely seems to hit their goals.

      Pros

      Clean environment, best pay in the area, not for everyone but overall a decent place to make a living.All the overtime you could ever want and more.

      Cons

      At times lower management seems almost afraid to make decisions. All the overtime you could ever want on a forced basis.
