Toxic work environment, toxic co workers, lack of leadership, and no raises……regardless of how good you are, how much you sacrifice for them, how hard you work. I outperformed just about everybody. No raises, and the pay is not good to begin with. Started me at $20, a year later I’m training a new guy and he’s making $22, keep in mind the industry standard for a P Series Flexo operator is around $25. Most companies will pay you up to $30+. MCC Knoxville is a dead end job with lazy and toxic people everywhere
