      Great opportunity to be on the ground floor

      Pros

      MCSG is a smaller company making big strides in the DoD contracting world. People know each other by name and not just an employee number, which makes it feel more like family.

      Cons

      As a smaller company, MCSG seems to be learning as they grow. There are a lot of areas for improvement, but nothing that is a show stopper.

      Great Atmosphere and Amazing People!

      Pros

      MCSG is a very rewarding place to work. The people are extremely thoughtful and fun to work with (we're one big family). The environment is great for gaining meaningful experience and for bringing out the best in your natural abilities. Management is great at considering the suggestions and opinions of the employees and implementing new concepts and ideas as technologies and other elements of the industry evolve.

      Cons

      Things are constantly changing and new things are always being implemented so if change is not something you like, this could be an issue for you. But if you are a fluid person and like improving processes and helping develop new ideas and fresh ways of doing things, MCSG is the place for you!
