      -Good benefits -Great PTO -Free health insurance -Overall flexible environment

      Cons

      -Parking, it was atrocious before construction and now its worse -I've had great coworkers and awful toxic lab cultures, be cautious and ask questions -Negotiate salaries, they don't pay as low as nearby institutions but there is PLENTY of room to negotiate especially if you have good experience
