Ideal culture and fulfilling work
Pros
I enjoy being part of this team immensely and the sense of purpose that it gives me. It's rewarding to see the tangible impact in healthcare that we are responsible for, and have fun while doing it. We have a great mix of systematic processes/stability in workflow and flexibility to create and grow. The work life balance is ideal. Ideas are welcomed and supported. Because we are a lean team, we can make smart decisions quickly, as a technology company should be able to. I'm rewarded fairly financially, and I feel successful because I wear a lot of hats that challenge me daily. I have autonomy to set goals for myself and the company, and I'm supported to actually achieve them. We maintain the professionalism of corporate America but with a down-to-earth, relaxed work environment. Having an office blocks from the beach isn't too shabby either.
Cons
Difficult to answer because I have none. Having an evolving scope of work could be a con for some, but it's something I enjoy, as long as objectives are clear as they are at MDR.
