Pros

Established in the industry. The company invented and held many patents for years.

Cons

Pay is less then desirable. Lacks leadership - employees are just a number now. A lot of turnover in the last few years and lost talent and company knowledge. Use to value and respect employees - culture is no longer a positive

Pros

I have worked for MDI Worldwide close to 20 years. Many employees have worked as long as myself or longer! MDI is a privately owned company that truly cares for its employees. You feel the sense of being part of a family at MDI. The company's culture embraces respect, teamwork, and honesty. Directors, including the owner, are always accessible. They are open to ideas and opinions from everyone. Employees have opportunities to be promoted within the company and can, also, apply for positions in different departments. MDI is very well respected in its industries for its outstanding customer service and the quality of its products. These are never compromised. MDI Worldwide is a great company to work for and to be part of!

Cons

I honestly don't have any. This is why I have worked at MDI so long!
