Good Money, OK benefits, hard working hourly employees

Cons

Management is horrible, you can"t trust management, HR or supervisors. Back stabbing is the norm at this company. They don't have a clue on how to treat people. Expect everyone to work 12 plus hours a day every day and still have a life. When you work at ME Global you are expected not to make any mistakes if you do your fired.. I would never recommend this place for anyone to work at. Even supervisors cant be trusted or supportive it's everyone for them self at ME Global. Management talks the talk but does not follow what they preach. Management needs to go.

ME Global Tempe, AZ is Strip Mining the Labor Force here in Phoenix. Like any other strip mining practice you will eventually run out of resources. They don't treat their employee's as their number one resources. They'er hard on them which in turn causes a high turn over which in turn causes high scrape and quality issues.
