Pay is acceptable at a first glance. Not when you account for work-life balance.

Cons

Work life balance Toxicity Yelling Managers Unsafe Work Environments Hostile work environment if you are LGBT, a woman or a racial minority. Racist jokes, sexist jokes etc. Hot dirty work. 150 degree fahrenheit working conditions. 10-12 hour shifts. 5-6 days a week. Overtime is mandatory.
