Pros
MedShape has a very laid back environment that is great for employee communication and collaboration. Each member of the team is willing to help with any facet of the company and everyone takes the jobs very seriously.
Cons
Some of the challenges are that the company is very small and upward mobility is difficult. The work distribution is also very up and down.

Pros
As a co-op at Medshape, I was able to gain great hands on experience in a professional work environment that I would not have been able to achieve in the classroom alone.
Cons
I greatly enjoyed working for Medshape, however it is a small scale company, so anyone looking for a larger company to work for would not find what they're hoping for.
