      Pros

      MEM has an employee-focused mindset that is evident in every day decision making. This safety first organization has their employees best interest at heart. The compensation, benefits, incentives, and work environment are incredibly competitive and make this a compelling place to work.

      Cons

      This company is heading down the right path. I look forward to seeing new changes as we continue to grow.

      Pros

      I was blown away by the clear communication w/ HR during the interview process, and I was also impressed with their Onboarding process. Everyone I work with is hard working, insightful and caring. I have opportunity & flexibility to get involved in my community, and their employee wellness/incentive program positively sets them apart from other places I've worked! The workplace culture is exactly what I was looking for, and it's easy to feel at home working here.

      I am a happy camper working for MEM. No cons.
