MEMIC offers a minimum of 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) to help achieve that balance. MEMIC always tries to promote from within when possible. In 2022, MEMIC promoted 138 people (roughly 27% of our staff) throughout the organization. We encourage you to chat with your supervisor or HR Business Partner about how you can continue to develop your skills for advancement and compensation. MEMIC offers an educational assistance program that provides employees $5250 annually for education and professional development (after 6 months of employment) and a mentorship program to nurture and support your career as you grow.       Thank you for taking the time to write a review and complimenting our management team, retirement plan (company match up to 5% and nearly 12% additional contribution in recent years) and Personal Time Off (PTO) program (a starting minimum of 4 weeks). Feedback is always helpful. In addition, MEMIC offers education assistance, professional development opportunities and student loan repayment assistance just to name a few other benefits. Regarding salary, MEMIC recently conducted a market analysis, assessed salaries for current positions and made subsequent adjustments to ensure our pay is competitive. We encourage you to speak with your manager or HR Business Partner to learn about these initiatives and share your thoughts and experience. It also would be helpful to offer some examples so we don’t miss opportunities to improve. Thank you again for your feedback.

      Good company with some toxic managers

      I'm happy to work here. Great benefits and 401k plan. overall its a decent and fast pace workplace. I have many nice, smart coworkers. I recommend working at MEMIC.

      Cons

      Some of the managers are toxic and it would be better if they were respectful. also some staff members have unmanageable workloads.
