      A company that may be trying hard in the market.

      Cons

      Old school thinking doesn't work. They do not promote their best who had intentions to stay, they only disappoint them.

      Communication right from the beginning has been great! Very professional and timely. Orientation & training have been very detailed and organized. 1st day included lunch with the Senior Management Team and it was very engaging
