Pros

Good values, meaningful work, career growth opportunities within the company, caring people, interesting science, mostly good culture, emphasis on personal health and wellness

Cons

Some decisions made by leadership seem to be made on impulse. At times it feels that concern for the employee experience has been eclipsed by a desire for growth and more revenue.

Great benefits and quarterly reviews.

No career growth and bonuses limited by buggy software. Raises are not based on performance.

Pros

Remote work is now encouraged for developers.

Cons

The CEO wants to hire foreign developers so that he can pay them less (he said that right next to me to the director of software). The company also used to discriminate based on religion and still does to a degree. The leadership are Mormons and the company low-key supports Mormon companies wherever possible.
