I can't believe this company is still in business. Leadership is desperate to sell, but won't accept the value of the business as is. This is a panel company, a pretty good one at that. However, the CEO had an idea that MFour could be saas and invested in it without researching the market to see if there's any demand. This is literally a market research company who somehow let their own research slip when changing the position of the company. That position changes every few months when they realize they're failing, and they hire and fire employees constantly, blaming the employees for poor performance instead of their garbage product.

LIES on LIES! This company is phony BEWARE! They had several of layoffs without hesitation or care. The lie to their employees about job retention, flexibility is not a thing here, favoritism is clear and overall a clown show! Y’all are clowns!!!!! They pay people to write reviews so be very careful about those “positive reviews”. Good luck if you get a job here.

- Great office culture (fun, snacks, beer & cold brew on tap) - Supportive coworkers - Hard work is usually recognized - Opportunity for growth and movement if you actively seek it - Open office, one-mind mentality - Nice benefits package, though salary is weak - CEO values and is very receptive to new ideas and constructive critique

Cons

- Work/life balance is very tough to achieve - Company initiatives are a bit all over the place, typical for a young company - Salary is low for the hours put in, depending on the department
